LPN IV Therapy Course (NH)
NEVA has partnered with Pedagogy, INC to offer a 32 hour LPN IV Therapy Course. This course has been approved by the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing (BON). Successful completion of this two-part course will result in a certificate of completion and grant the LPN ability to practice in accordance with Chapter Rules NUR 604.01.
Upon successful completion of the ‘LPN IV THERAPY COURSE PART 2’, You will be issued a certificate of completion for the entire 32 Hour LPN IV Therapy Course. You will have 30 days to submit a copy of your certificate to the New Hampshire Board of Nursing at the following address: New Hampshire Board of Nursing, Office of Professional Licensure and Certification, 121 South Fruit Street, Concord, NH 03301, (603) 271-2152.
